Customer service issues, billing inquiries, address changes, or complaints should be directed to Rogers Wireless Customer Service Specialists who are equipped to access your account information. They can help you select a more suitable rate plan, answer billing inquiries, and even direct you to a store location nearest you. CELLULAR PHONE REPAIR AND WARRANTY

If your phone is not functioning properly and requires repair, please bring it to your original service agent or local Rogers Wireless Store for immediate service. Loaner phones are available at most locations, sometimes best to call them first to make arrangements for service loaners and warranty inquiries. We also service phones from other networks like Bell Mobility, Telus Mobility, Fido, and Microcell Clearnet / Mike. Please call us before shipping repair orders.

If you wish to ship your phone to us for examination, estimate, or repair, please contact our Service Technicain by phone. IMPORTANT: Please include a copy of your purchase or service agreement for all manufacturers warranty repairs. Without proof of purchase / activation, the cellular phone manufacturers will not cover warranty repairs and they may assess repair charges. Please call us to make arrangements before shipping your repair orders. We do not accept C.O.D.s or phones from outside Canada.
